What is FleetMain?
FleetMain is fleet management and compliance software for Irish and UK businesses, from company fleets to car rental and vehicle leasing operators. It tracks Motor Tax, NCT, CVRT and insurance across all your vehicles, logs which driver or customer has each vehicle, and sends automated email alerts before anything expires.
Does FleetMain track NCT and CVRT?
Yes. FleetMain tracks NCT for cars and motorbikes and CVRT for commercial vehicles like vans, HGVs, buses and taxis, and automatically shows the correct test based on each vehicle type. UK vehicles use MOT.
How do the expiry alerts work?
FleetMain sends automated email alerts 30 days, 14 days and 7 days before any Motor Tax, NCT/CVRT or insurance expiry. Your dashboard also shows a green, amber or red status for every vehicle at a glance.
How much does FleetMain cost?
FleetMain is free for your first vehicle. Paid plans start at €12/month for up to 12 vehicles, €29/month for up to 35 vehicles with 5 team seats, and €50/month for up to 100 vehicles with 10 team seats. Enterprise plans are custom-priced.
Is FleetMain suitable for small fleets?

On the Business and Fleet Pro plans, FleetMain tracks each driver’s driving licence, Driver CPC card, digital tachograph card and ADR certificate, with the same automated alerts at 30, 14 and 7 days. You can also assign drivers to vehicles and keep a full log of who had which vehicle and when, so you can quickly identify the responsible driver when a fine, toll or penalty notice arrives.
