improvement- •Dark mode: choose Light, Dark or Auto above Sign out in the sidebar, in Settings, or at the foot of any page. Auto follows your phone or computer, so it can be light by day and dark at night
- •It covers the whole of FleetMain: the dashboard, the fleet lists, the calendar, every form and this website. Expired stays red and expiring soon stays amber, and a printed page is always light
- •Your choice is kept on the device you are using, so the office screen and your phone can differ, and nothing changes for the rest of your team
- •View-only team members no longer see Add Booking, or the status, result and delete controls on a booking. They could never save with them, and now read the booking, its retest list and its files instead
- •The sign-in pages no longer show the cookie notice twice, and the calendar icon on a booking’s End date sits inside its field again
- •This website has a new home page, built around real screenshots of FleetMain: the dashboard, the "Who was driving?" lookup and the maintenance calendar, as they look in the app
- •On a tablet, Log in and Start Free no longer run off the edge of the screen: the header keeps its menu button until every link fits
- •A password that has appeared in a known data breach is no longer accepted. When you sign up, reset or change your password, or accept an invitation, FleetMain says so and asks for a different one. Passwords already in use keep working

feature- •Service reminders by mileage and by time: give a vehicle a schedule such as "Service, every 20,000 km or 12 months" and FleetMain works out when it is next due, whichever comes first
- •Mark as done logs the work in Service History and starts the count again from that date and mileage
- •Every schedule in the fleet in one list on Maintenance, worst first, with the same schedule added to many vehicles in one go
- •A calendar on Maintenance: every booking, service coming due, test, inspection and renewal on the day it falls, month by month. Choose a day to see what is on it, or to add a booking for that day
- •The calendar can be narrowed to bookings, services, tests and inspections, or tax, insurance and licences. A service due by mileage is placed on the day the odometer is heading for, and marked as an estimate
- •Services that are due soon or overdue show on the dashboard and Alerts, and are emailed once when they become due soon and once when they become overdue. Overdue services stay in the expired items summary until they are done
- •Attach invoices, receipts and test reports to any service record or booking: a PDF or a photo, up to 10 MB each, opened only by people in your fleet
- •Schedules and attached files go with a vehicle when it moves to another fleet, and come back with it from Recently deleted

improvement- •Safety inspections on vans: tick "This van has a periodic safety inspection" on a van and choose its cycle, from 6 to 13 weeks. The next due date is then tracked and alerted on like an HGV or bus inspection
- •Log safety inspection starts on the vehicle’s own cycle, so a van inspected every 13 weeks gets the right next date without changing the interval each time
- •A safety inspection can be booked for any van that has one switched on
- •Category alert emails now work for people on your team: add a teammate to a category and they get the reminders for that category’s vehicles only, not the whole fleet. Before, a teammate named on a category still received every vehicle’s alerts
- •The account owner, and teammates who are not named on any category, still get every vehicle
- •Booking emails now give the right time. Through the summer, the confirmation and the day-before reminder ran an hour early, so a 09:00 booking was emailed as 08:00. The email a driver gets when a vehicle is assigned, and assignment times on Reports, are fixed the same way
- •An email about a safety inspection booking now calls it a safety inspection, where it used to say "Appointment"

improvement- •A driver recorded as not Garda vetted no longer counts as needing attention. Not every driver needs vetting, so it now shows as a plain grey label on the drivers list, the driver page and Reports
- •Drivers needing attention on Reports now counts only dates that have expired or are about to: licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, ADR, and the re-vetting date of a driver who is vetted

improvement- •Date fields now open on today: renewing something that lapsed last year no longer starts the calendar a year back. A date that is still ahead opens on its own month
- •New calendar on every date field, with month and year lists to jump straight to a renewal date, a Today button, and weeks that start on Monday

- •On phones: the calendar always fits on screen, pages no longer zoom in when you tap a field, and buttons no longer stay highlighted after a tap

improvement- •Alert emails per vehicle category: send a category’s reminders to the person who looks after it, such as a regional manager for North or South. They see only their own vehicles, and you and your team still get everything

- •Driver licence numbers can now be optional: switch off "Require a licence number for every driver" in Settings to add and import drivers without one. Any number you do enter is still checked for duplicates

- •Each additional fleet has its own subscription and its own invoices, so a second business is billed on its own plan

- •Move vehicles and drivers between your fleets, one at a time or many at once. A vehicle takes its service history, bookings and assignment log with it
