Is FleetMain suitable for small Irish fleets?
Yes. FleetMain is built specifically for operators running 1 to 50 vehicles: the businesses without a dedicated compliance team. It is free for your first vehicle, and paid plans start at €12 per month for up to 12 vehicles.
Does it know the difference between NCT and CVRT?
Yes. Cars and motorbikes are tracked against the NCT, while vans, HGVs, buses and taxis are tracked against the CVRT. UK-registered vehicles use the MOT. The correct label is applied automatically based on the vehicle type and country you set.
Can it handle vehicles in both Ireland and the UK?
Yes. Each vehicle carries its own country setting, so an Irish van tracked against Motor Tax and CVRT sits on the same dashboard as a UK van tracked against VED and MOT, each with the correct terminology.
How do we get our existing vehicle list in?
Three ways: bulk CSV import with validation before anything is saved, adding vehicles manually, or our free done-for-you onboarding where our team loads the entire fleet for you from whatever format you already have.
