Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FleetMain, a SaaS fleet compliance management service operated by Oxus Technologies Limited (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing or using FleetMain, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

FleetMain provides vehicle fleet compliance tracking tools including Road Tax, NCT/CVRT, and Insurance expiry date management, automated email alerts, and reporting features for Irish and UK vehicle fleets.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

FleetMain offers several plans including Free, Starter (€25/month), Business (€50/month), Growth (€80/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Subscription fees are billed in advance.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FleetMain only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to store false or misleading vehicle data, attempt to circumvent security measures, resell or sublicense access to the service, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Vehicle Limits

Each plan includes a maximum number of vehicles. Exceeding your plan's vehicle limit requires an upgrade. We reserve the right to enforce limits by preventing additional vehicle additions when the limit is reached.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of FleetMain is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Irish data protection law.

8. Disclaimers

FleetMain provides compliance tracking tools as a convenience. We do not guarantee that the service will prevent fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from vehicle non-compliance. You remain responsible for ensuring your vehicles are legally compliant at all times. Email alerts are a courtesy feature and may not be delivered due to factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxus Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FleetMain. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your access to FleetMain will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
