Pricing questions
- How much does FleetMain cost?
- Free for 1 vehicle. Starter is €12 a month for up to 12 vehicles, Business €29 for up to 35 with driver management and 5 team seats, and Fleet Pro €50 for up to 100 with rentals and 10 seats. Every price includes VAT.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial and no card is needed. When it ends your account returns to Free, and nothing you added is deleted: your vehicles are still there and come back as soon as you subscribe.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Plans are monthly or annual, and you can cancel whenever you like from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing you added is deleted.
- What does FleetMain track?
- Motor Tax, NCT and CVRT, insurance, and the commercial dates a fleet needs: operator licence, PSV licence, tachograph calibration and the 12 week safety inspection. On team plans it also tracks driving licences, Driver CPC, tachograph cards and ADR, and logs which driver had which vehicle and when.
- Do you support UK fleets?
- Yes. Each vehicle is set to Ireland or the UK and the labels follow: MOT and VED for UK vehicles, NCT, CVRT and Motor Tax for Irish ones.
- Can I run more than one fleet on one login?
- Yes. You can add further fleets and switch between them from the sidebar. Each keeps its own vehicles, team and settings, and has its own subscription.
