FleetMain

Built in Ireland, for Irish fleets

FleetMain was created because we saw too many Irish businesses getting caught out by expired Motor Tax, NCTs, CVRTs, and insurance — not from negligence, but simply because keeping track is hard. We're Ireland-first, with UK MOT support built in for fleets that operate across both.

Our Story

Running a small fleet in Ireland means juggling Motor Tax renewals, NCT certificates, CVRT tests, and insurance renewals across multiple vehicles — all with different expiry dates, all with serious penalties from the RSA and Gardaí if missed.

Most small fleet operators rely on spreadsheets, sticky notes, or memory. That's a recipe for missed renewals, unexpected fines, and vehicles that can't legally operate.

FleetMain fixes this with a simple, purpose-built tool that knows the Irish rules — NCT for cars and motorbikes, CVRT for commercial vehicles, Motor Tax and insurance for everything — and sends you automated reminders before anything expires. No complexity, no bloat — just the tool you actually need.

Run vehicles in the UK too? FleetMain handles MOT and VED with country-aware labels, so a cross-border fleet stays on one screen. Ireland is our home and our focus — the UK is supported alongside it.

Purpose-built

Designed specifically for Irish small fleets — with UK support built in — not adapted from enterprise software.

User-first

Simple enough for non-technical fleet managers. If it takes more than a minute to learn, we simplify it.

Compliance-focused

We understand Irish compliance inside out — NCT, CVRT, Motor Tax — and handle UK MOT and VED too.
