Questions

Is this the RSA or cvrt.ie?
No. FleetMain is a reminder service run by Oxus Technologies Limited, an Irish software company. We aren't connected to the RSA, we can't see your test record and we don't book tests. You book your CVRT on cvrt.ie as normal.
Where do I find my CVRT due date?
On your Certificate of Roadworthiness, the certificate you get when the vehicle passes. You can also check it on cvrt.ie. If you don’t have it to hand, leave the date blank and add it after you sign in.
Which vehicles need a CVRT?
Commercial vehicles: vans and other goods vehicles, trucks, buses with more than 8 passenger seats and ambulances, every year from their first anniversary. Cars and taxis take the NCT instead.
When do the emails come?
30, 14 and 7 days before the date, in the morning. If the date passes without a new one, you get a reminder every Monday until it's updated.
What does it cost?
Nothing for one vehicle, and no card is needed. If you add more vehicles later, plans start at €12 a month for up to 12. Prices include VAT.
Can I stop the emails?
Yes. Delete the vehicle or your account in FleetMain and they stop.
